This organic white wine is made from the indigenous Fokiano grape grown on the mountainous terraces of Ikaria. Ripe citrus fruit with notes of pear fill the nose, followed by a well-balanced palate with pleasant fruit flavours and crisp minerality. Enjoy it chilled with grilled fish and poultry, as well as spicy dishes.
