Perth Ontario has a rich brewing history, and the family-run Perth brewery is committed to this tradition. The colour of the lager is a deep mahogany, but it's quite refreshing and food-friendly. Dry with medium body and initial hop bitterness which rounds out on the finish as molasses and dark chocolate notes emerge.
