Kolsch is a top-fermented style of beer which originated in the town of Cologne, Germany. This example from Abe Erb Brewing Co. is clear gold in colour with aromas and flavours of citrus, banana, cereal grains and hops. Medium-bodied and lightly carbonated with a crisp, clean finish, it is well-suited for pork schnitzel.
