Tasting Notes

Brewed using the traditional Kimoto method, which slowly ferments the sake at a low temperature, resulting in a delicate sake with excellent depth of flavour. The aromas and flavours display elegant notes of almond, creamy rice and coconut with a gentle note of sandalwood. It is well-balanced with a crisp finish.
