This authentic expression of Canadian rye whisky is a blend of high-quality spirits matured in select, used and new oak barrels. Sweet vanilla from the Canadian oak opens the bouquet with hints of charred orange marmalade. Ripe pear fruit on the palate leads to black pepper on the finish with a toasty caramel note.
