Delirium Nocturnum is a triple fermented Belgian ale from Brouwerij Huyghe. The nose displays alluring aromas of cocoa, caramel and coffee, complemented by coriander and anise notes. The palate harmoniously balances sweet, sour and bitter drawing influence from the roasted malts, hops and triple fermentation.
