In this unique bottling, Chimay's iconic dark ale flavours evolve through aging in ex-whisky barrels. The beer's nose is quite floral with hints of banana and orchard fruit, while the oak barrels impart hints of spice. On the palate, expect noticeable vanilla, caramel and malty chocolate to complement a round oaky finish.
