Tasting Notes

Summertime warrelwinds (whirlwinds) are common in this winery's vineyards. The wine itself shows a whirlwind of flavours including g rapefruit, lime, yellow plum, garden herbs and grass notes, and stays grounded with a solid mineral component. This will make a great springtime or summertime sipper, and pair well with fish tacos and fennel salad. (Vintages Panel,June 2017)
