Chicago's Goose Island Beer Company has built its following on great IPA. In this pale ale, complex hops character abounds, but bitterness is kept in balance by sweet malty notes of caramel, brown sugar and toasted nuts. In the glass, bright gold in colour, with moderate carbonation and a refreshing finish.
