This Junmai Daiginjo from Ginban Sake Brewery is crafted with Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 50% of its original size, and then sto red for an extended period at low temperatures. Expect inviting aromatics on the nose, with delicate and well-balanced flavours on a smooth palate. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
