Urakasumi 12 Sparkling Siver Label Sake

Tasting Notes

Urakasumi (meaning misty bay) Brewery was founded in 1724 and has been crafting sake with premium local ingredients ever since. This sake undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating fine bubbles, mild fruity aromas, and a refreshing mouthfeel with well-balanced acidity and sweetness. Serve chilled.
