Shiramayumi Hidahomare Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

Tasting Notes

Gifu Prefecture's city of Hida is ideally suited to the production of fine sake, particularly given its access to mineral-rich meltwater from the nearby mountains and the high quality of the rice grown in the area. This sake is mellow and skillfully balanced, with rich rice character and vibrant acidity.
