Gujinggong Yuanjiang Happiness

Tasting Notes

Crystal clear and with a flavour profile unlike anything else, Baijiu is the most consumed beverage alcohol in the world, yet it's still fairly unknown in North America. Crafted in a number of styles with many producers using centuries-old yeasts, it's a tradition unto itself. Strong flavours and plenty of heat make this a truly unique experience.
