The Plowman's Ale celebrates the satisfaction of enjoying fine ale at the end of a long workday. Aromas of toasted malt, molasses and cereal grains are followed on the palate by citrus, toasty and nutty flavours. Initial malty sweetness is balanced by moderate hop bitterness, which provides a balanced and rewarding finish.
