Antao Vaz, Roupeiro and Arnito grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel vats, resulting in an aromatic, fresh white wine. The bouquet shows floral, mango and spice notes, leading to a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel with well-balanced flavours and a persistent finish. Serve with chicken, fish, and shellfish.
