Here too there is a vague whiff of the exotic present on the dried white and yellow peach aromas that possess just enough classic Chablis nuances to be persuasive. The very rich, indeed opulent, medium weight flavors possess a caressing and fleshy mouthfeel, all wrapped in an interestingly textured finish that is at once creamy yet chalky.
