This youthful St.-Joseph is prototypical for this underrated appellation. Stacks of forest berry aromas plus notes of raw meat and d ried thyme. Fantastic fine tannins give this a precisely delineated medium-bodied palate. Long, moderately dry finish with stacks of stony minerality. Matured for 12 months in oak casks.
