Tasting Notes

This small-batch cachaça is an intensely aromatic, boldly flavoured spirit. Distilled from sugar cane and rested for six months in steel tanks, it bursts with intriguing aromas of ripe tropical fruit, dried herbs, sweet spice and fresh crushed stone. Prata can be enjoyed over ice or in cocktails like the classic Caipirinha.
