Tasting Notes
This cask strength gem is triple-distilled in copper pot stills and matured in both ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The nose is spicy with complementary notes of dried fruit and vanilla. Flavours of baking spice, raisin, apple and toasty oak alight the palate. It is complex, richly flavoured and satisfyingly bold.
