Tasting Notes

There is plenty of petrol character to the spicy aromas of Granny Smith apple and lemon rind. There is good concentration to the seductively textured and appealingly vibrant middleweight flavors where the supporting citrus-tinged acidity renders the sneaky long finish saliva inducing. This refreshing effort is really quite good, and I particularly like the prominent bead of minerality. Drink: 2030+. Outstanding. (Allen Meadows,burghound.com,June 10, 2024)
