Tasting Notes

Restrained though pretty aromas of mineral reduction, citrus and white flowers are complemented by incredibly dense and powerful larger-bodied flavors that completely saturate the palate with dry extract as well as buffering the firm acid spine shaping the youthfully austere and strikingly long finish. This is quite serious and, seriously imposing for its sheer scale and while it won't win any awards for refinement or delicacy, it's exceptionally good plus it should age gracefully for a decade or more.
