Tasting Notes
Beautifully yellow gold in hue, this intensely aromatic sparkling delights with its citrusy aromas. The palate is quite refined, showing notes of grapefruit, lemon and toasty vanilla. The finish shows great texture and a vibrant seam of acidity. It makes a great pairing for grilled fish or less-sweet desserts.
