This wine is crafted using the Charmat method, which induces the secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This process is ideal when working with aromatic grapes, which might otherwise be overwhelmed. Charmat preserves the lift, freshness and intensity of the most delicate aromas and flavours. This will be an elegant accompaniment for spicy seafood appetizers.
