Tasting Notes
Set in Ontario's Essex County, this distillery uses limestone-treated water from the nearby Amherstburg quarry to make this spirit. Bright yellow gold, with aromas and flavours of ripe banana, melon, passionfruit and brown sugar. Medium-bodied and sweet, with a creamy finish; enjoy in a banana caramel martini.
