This enchanting rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from 30-year-old estate-planted vines. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on the lees for 30 months, adding complexity and character. Expect delicate citrus, honeysuckle, peach and green apple notes with an elegant mouthfeel.
