Tasting Notes

Clisson is located just south of Nantes, in the western Loire region of France. Melon de Bourgogne grapes are handpicked, undergo spontaneous fermentation, and the wine is aged on its lees for two years. Expect a creamy texture with smoky, candied citrus and sweet spice notes. Ideal paired with grilled fish.
