A Goan spirit with bold aromas and flavours of the cashew apple This Goan spirit is distilled using the traditional potstill method, blended with fenny, and matured in select wooden barrels. It features bold aromas and flavours of fermented cashew apple, a fruity, slightly tart palate and a light mineral note. It's dry and intense, with a lingering nuttiness on the finish.
