Tasting Notes
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, this off-dry sparkler is fresh and elegant, with suggestions of acacia, ripe redcurrant and wild berries and a long, balanced finish. A lovely sipper, it will also pair beautifully with holubtsi (Ukrainian cabbage rolls) or fruit pastries.
