Bearface's unique Wilderness Series explores aroma and flavour profiles inspired by the natural wonders of Canada. The third entry is inspired by high elevations and mountain air. The finished whisky shows a deep mineral character complemented by notes of smoke, birch bark and, of course, fresh mountain air.
