Crafted from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux, this sparkling wine is made in the same time-honoured traditional method as Champagne. Lively and fragrant, it reveals suggestions of ripe berry and cherry. Sip with lamb lollipops, mushroom risotto, or even a delicate chocolate soufflé.
