Very long, balanced, mellow, and supple, the 2023 IGP Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert Cité D'Aniane Blanc reveals a floral, fruity, and expressive bouquet, with notes of peach, honey, garrigue flowers, bitter almond, and elderflower. Playful and complex, it effortlessly combines pleasure and character, with a subtle bitterness that adds a touch of freshness on the finish.
