Tasting Notes

Neustadt Springs Brewery opened in 1997, in a historic stone brewery building built over a natural spring. This is a flavourful traditional style, brewed using the best malts of the Munich area to create an authentic Oktoberfest beer. Malty sweetness rounds out to a lightly bitter finish, with earthy and herbal hop notes.
