Tasting Notes

Sourced from organically farmed vineyards 40 kilometres inland from the Atlantic Ocean, this Chenin is fermented in stainless steel with ambient yeast and spends three months ageing on the lees. It offers juicy peach, quince and lemon embroidered with lovely floral notes on the way to a lengthy, poised, harmonious finish. Impressive now, it will continue to evolve through 2026.
