Tasting Notes

This is barrel fermented with full mlf but still, regardless, it's the fruit that shines the brightest - by a long shot. Indeed, the intensity of fruit here is right up there, as is the rocket of flavour through the finish, as is the smoky, gravelly, tonic-like character that runs throughout. An essay could be written on the texture of this wine, such is the artistry of its integration, but we'll spare you. Suffice to say, this is an elite white wine. Drink from: 2025. Drink by: 2031.
