This single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vines averaging 30-45 years of age planted in limestone-rich soils. It was fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts. It's a pure, authentic wine, with grass, gooseberry, citrus and mineral. Perfect for seafood or vegan ceviche.
