Château des Charmes is a charter member of Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario, and its wine barrels are sourced from sustainable forests. This is an intense, lush, balanced Vidal Icewine with characterful nectarine, apricot, pear, candied citrus, honey, and plentiful acidity. Pair with apricot tart.
