Ikkomon is a rare, 100% Imo (sweet potato) shochu made with Imo koji rather than rice koji. It uses the Japanese Koganesengan sweet potato, known for its sweet aromatics and smooth, delicate palate. Anticipate fragrant aromas with complex flavours of chestnuts and dried flowers and a silky, soft mouthfeel.
