Tasting Notes

Fleshy, ripe, fruity and loaded with fresh herbs and tropical fruit scents. Aromas and flavours of fresh red apple and grapefruit, some white peach and white florals laced with a wet stone mineral quality. Fresh herbs of basil and sage then passion-fruit and pineapple. Crisp and dry on the finish with a core of fruit and salivating textures. Best drinking from late 2023 through 2026. Excellent. (camdouglasms.com,Sept. 22, 2023)
