Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo is made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%. The bottom-heavy style hyotan (gourd-shaped bottle) package is known to be a sign of good luck in ancient China and Japan. It is smooth and delicate with a clean, crisp mouthfeel. Enjoy it warm or chilled.
