Tasting Notes
Single-serving one cup sakes were introduced in Japan in 1964 for the Tokyo Olympics and are now a staple on shelves throughout the country, but have only recently gained traction here. Ozeki is the original; the brand that started it all. This floral, earthy sake can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature and will pair with seafood or fried-tofu dishes.
