This unique blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Mandilari, an indigenous Cretan varietal, is aged 12 months in American and French oak barrels. It reveals dark fruit aromas of cherry and plums with cinnamon and black pepper notes. The palate is well-rounded with spicy notes, gentle acidity and tannins. Perfect with lamb!
