Tasting Notes
This complex single pot still whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks before being re-casked in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads. The small casks allow the rich, raisiny, butter tart flavour of the Pedro Ximénez sherry to infuse and enhance this delightful whiskey. Expect notes of spice, toast, prune and raisin.
