Tasting Notes
This is a classy, complex and even Champagne - very focused. Expect intense aromas of dried apple/pear, honey, brioche and dried onion crisps. It is dry, brisk, firm and very well balanced. Excellent to outstanding length. A style that will perform well either as a reception and canape sipper, or a fish course. Tasted December 2024. Score - 93. (David Lawrason, winealign.com)
