'Di flabe' in Friulian means 'like a fairy tale,' which is appropriate given the quality and character of this wine for the price. Made from 100% Ribolla grapes and aged four months in oak barriques, it offers complex notions of citrus, green apple, apricot, wisteria and evergreen. Pair it with boreto alla Graisana (Friulian fish stew with polenta) or lake fish.
