To qualify as Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the wine must be from one of a handful of historic communes (in this case, Valdobbiadene) and meet strict quality benchmarks. This wine is Foss Marai's flagship fizz and it's classically elegant, expressive and refined. A good choice for shellfish, calamari, or antipasti misti.
