Tasting Notes
Gewürztraminer is a delicate grape and susceptible to rot when left to hang late into November, but the risk is worth it. This silky, rich wine has notes of apricot, peach, lemon, wild honey and lychee and makes a delicious alternative to Icewine for gifting or holiday dining. It will evolve into the early 2030s.
