Yeni Rakı Uzun Demleme offers a refined and layered interpretation of traditional Turkish rakı, produced with an extended distillation and resting process ("uzun demleme" meaning "long resting/infusion"). Aromas of fresh anise, fennel and subtle white floral notes are complemented by hints of citrus peel and soft spice. The palate is smooth, rounded and well-integrated, showing pronounced yet elegant anise character balanced by gentle sweetness and a creamy texture.
