This Nemeion Estate Fume is produced using 100% Savatiano grapes that were fermented and matured in French oak barrels for six months. The aromas and flavours are big and bold with vanilla, butter, chestnut, white chocolate and light, toasty notes. It pairs well with poultry seafood in a butter sauce and goat cheese.
