This 100% natural sparkling mead is crafted with lavender honey. Herbal and floral notes complement the inherent honey aromas. The palate is sweet and buttery with toasted rye, honey and green apple flavours. It is off-dry but very well-balanced. This mead is an excellent alternative to sparkling wine.
