This extra dry bubbly is produced using Bestheim's best Chardonnay grapes and matured for a minimum of 24 months with lees contact. Expect generous aromas of white flowers with yellow fruit and notes of roasted hazelnut. Lively and fresh on the palate, with floral notes and an elegant finish. Pair with cheese or dessert.
